What an amazing Christmas stay! The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed many meals and drinks while admiring the breathtaking scenery. The fact that the property had everything we needed made our stay even more comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of glasses and crockery, perfect for our festive feasts. And let's not forget about the showers - they were fantastic! The water pressure was great, and we had hot showers after long days exploring the area.

Just a few things to note for future guests. The property is not suitable for those with mobility issues, as there were quite a few steps leading up to the house.

The value for the money we paid was excellent, considering the fine river views and spacious, well-equipped room. The location was ideal, with shops, cafes, restaurants, and beautiful coastal walks all within close proximity. The friendly locals added to the overall wonderful experience.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

We had a wonderful stay at Uphigh - Elevated Family Home With Fine River Views. The terrace offered amazing views that we couldn't get enough of. The BBQ was a great addition and we enjoyed cooking and dining outside. The showers were powerful and provided us with plenty of hot water. The location was perfect, with shops, cafes, restaurants, and coastal walks all nearby.

The lack of parking, clearly mentioned in the information provided about the narrow road leading to the hotel. It would have been helpful to have more information about the number of steps up to the hotel, as my husband has knee issues and found it difficult.

the view from the terrace was absolutely stunning and the BBQ was great for enjoying meals outdoors. the showers were also spectacular, providing a refreshing and invigorating experience. the location was perfect, with the house being close to town and all amenities, just down a few steps. the locals were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!
